Attirza sells women’s clothing, including women’s mini dresses, midi dresses, long dresses, wedding dresses, hoodies, coats, outerwear, and related women’s fashion items.

There is no minimum purchase amount required to receive free standard shipping. Standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout, and customers do not need to enter a discount code to receive free shipping.

All orders are shipped using standard delivery services selected by Attirza or our logistics partners.

The shipping carrier may vary depending on the delivery destination, package size, product availability, warehouse arrangement, and logistics conditions.

At this time, Attirza provides standard shipping as the default shipping method for all orders.

3. Standard Delivery Time

The estimated standard delivery time is:

15–20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier schedule, weather conditions, customs procedures, holidays, local delivery services, and other circumstances outside our control.

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing time includes order verification, payment confirmation, product preparation, quality inspection, packing, and handover to the shipping carrier.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, promotional events, holidays, or unexpected operational delays, processing may take slightly longer.

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated time from order placement to delivery may include both processing time and shipping time.

16–23 business days after the order is placed.

This estimate includes:

6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Please note that tracking information may take several business days to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If the package is returned to us, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or process the matter according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Although our standard shipping estimate is 15–20 business days, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Depending on the delivery destination, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

These charges are determined by the destination country or region and are not controlled by Attirza.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country or region.

Attirza is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or customs clearance requirements.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, or required import fees, and the package is returned, abandoned, delayed, or destroyed, Attirza is not responsible for any resulting loss or cost.

12. Order Splitting

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory availability, warehouse arrangement, product size, packaging requirements, or logistics efficiency.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers and delivery times for each package.

There is no additional standard shipping fee for split shipments.

A package is not considered lost simply because tracking has not updated for a short period. Some carriers may experience delayed tracking updates while packages are moving through transit points.

14. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

  • Front door or porch area
  • Reception desk
  • Mailroom
  • Parcel locker
  • Building management office
  • Household members
  • Neighbors
  • Local carrier office

If the package is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery confirmation.

Attirza is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, misplaced, stolen, or removed after delivery.

We will provide available order and tracking information to help you communicate with the carrier.

15. Refused Packages

If a customer refuses delivery without prior approval from Attirza, the customer may be responsible for any shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, handling fees, or other related charges.

Refused packages are not automatically eligible for a full refund.

Refunds for refused packages, if applicable, will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy after the package is returned and inspected.

If your order contains both available items and pre-order or backorder items, we may ship the items together or separately depending on availability and logistics arrangements.
