1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days after the order is delivered.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and product condition reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items with makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, body odor, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased as part of a special non-returnable promotion
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items sent back without prior return approval

Wedding dresses, formal dresses, and occasion wear must be returned in completely unworn and original condition with all tags, labels, packaging, and protective materials intact. Due to the special nature of formalwear, items showing any signs of use, alteration, fitting damage, stains, perfume, or event wear will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges when the requested replacement item is available.

You may request an exchange for:

  • A different size
  • A different color
  • The same item if the original item was defective or damaged
  • A replacement item if we shipped the wrong product

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, handling fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective item.

13. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered, but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, reception areas, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and the shipping carrier.

Attirza is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.

We will assist where possible by providing order and tracking information so you can contact the carrier.

14. Refused Packages

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept a package without prior approval from Attirza, any refund may be reduced by shipping costs, return shipping costs, handling fees, and other applicable charges.

Refused packages are not automatically eligible for a full refund.

15. Promotional Gifts and Bundle Orders

If your order included a free gift, promotional item, bundle discount, or special offer, all related items may need to be returned together to qualify for a full refund.

If the promotional gift or bundle item is not returned, or is returned used or damaged, the value of the promotional item may be deducted from your refund.

16. Final Sale and Discounted Items

Items marked as final sale, clearance, non-returnable, or specially discounted may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

17. Return Inspection
